Patterns in the Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation is the subject of many books and studies, with a variety of theories of how events in the end times will take place. The below study will try to show a pattern which is alluded to in the Book intricately connected from the Beginning of the Bible itself. Let’s look at the patterns through a graphic highlighting events that mirror each other.

Please read the graphic given below from the Bottom Up and Right to Left. There maybe many more patterns and connections in the graphic below which I have not uncovered. If you see anything in particular, please leave a comment and help me to improve this study.

As we know, Our Father in Heaven is known as the God who declares the End from the Beginning. At the start of Revelation, Yeshua our Messiah is seen in the middle of seven candlesticks, which is the Menorah mentioned in Exodus 25:31-40.

Exo 25:37 And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

Yeshua is said to be seen in the midst of the lamps which is the Center Branch that holds all the other branches (Also known as the Servant Branch). This Branch has special significance throughout all the “sevens” mentioned in the Book of Revelation.

The First and Last
Yeshua introduces Himself to John as Alpha and Omega (First and Last Letters of the Greek Alphabet), but as the Book of Revelation was written most probably in Hebrew (See Rev 9:11, 16:16 that mentions Hebrew Words especially as if it was translated to Greek), the Alpha and Omega would have been originally written by John as the Aleph and the Tav (First and Last Letters of the Hebrew AlephBet). This is a known title for God Himself.

Isa 48:12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

In the First Verse of the Bible, Genesis 1:1 there is one word which is not translated but is thought to be referring to the Word (Memra) of God, which is Aleph-Tav (את). It is no wonder why John says a similar thing in his Gospel at the very start.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

If you place Gen 1:1 which has 7 words in the Hebrew Original on the 7 lamps of the Menorah which was in the Tabernacle of God, made according to the design shown to Moses on Mount Sinai, the Aleph-Tav (את) which is another name for Yeshua falls right on the middle branch – The Servant Branch.

Creation
If you place the Creation event on top of the Menorah, the creation of “Sun, Moon & Stars” fall on the Servant Branch. Yeshua and the Church is signified by the Sun and Moon. The first 4 days were a preparation for the creatures that came next, so in that way, those four can be bunched together much like most of the other “sevens” that come next.

The Appointed Feasts of YHVH
Mentioned in Lev 23, these feasts are also bunched to 4 Spring Feasts and 3 Fall Feasts. The first 4, from Passover to Pentecost happen within 3 months and then there is 3 month break at which point the next 3 happen within 1 month. Pentecost which is signified by Fire also falls on the middle branch of the Menorah showing connection to the 4th Day of Creation.

The Congregations of Revelation
While there were many churches in Asia, only 7 were picked out for a reason. When you place the 7 on top of the Menorah, an interesting patter emerges. Thyatira which falls on the middle branch seems to be the main church spoken of in the End of Revelation. Look at the parallels below.

Rev 2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

Rev 2:27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Rev 2:28 And I will give him the morning star.
Rev 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

This does not mean that the rest of the churches are invalid. On the contrary, those churches branch out of the main Servant Branch.

Seven Seals, Trumpets & Bowls
The Seven Seals, Trumpets and Bowls can all be Separated in to 4 and 3, as we see the White, Red, Black, Pale horses are very different to the other 3. Same with 1/3 of Earth, Sea, River, Sun/Moon/Stars. And same again with Sores, Sea to Blood, River to Blood, Scorching Sun. The Last 3 trumpets are called “woes” while the others are not. The Last 3 Seals and bowls are very different to the 1st four.

Other Particularities
The Servant Branch seems to be always connected to the Sun, while the 7th Seal, Trumpet and Bowl all bring thunders and Hail. Sister branches may also be connected, as Smyrna and Philadelphia which connect to the Main middle branch at the same point are said to be in the midst of the “Synagogue of Satan”. Both of these churches also receive no condemnation from Messiah. Ephesus and Laodicia which are sister branches have similar Faults as they are called Lukewarm and left the first love.

Will the 7 Seals/Trumpets/Bowls happen on the 7 Feast days?
There is a high possibility looking at the pattern and how everything is organised, that the specific events of Revelation would most probably happen on the 7 feast dates. Furthermore, the 3 different sets (Seals/Trumpets/Bowls) of seven could all be different perspectives of the same event (Seals being the heavenly perspective, Trumpets being the Earthly perspective and Bowl being the Beast’s perspective.

Conclusion
As Proverbs 25:2 mention “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter”. Let us diligently seek the secrets hidden in the Revelation, our Messiah provided His fellow servants. As I mentioned before, there maybe many more patterns and connections in the above graphic. If you see anything in particular, please leave a comment and help me to improve this study. May His Spirit help you to be awake and ready for His Return! Shalom.

In the opening verses, Christ condemns those who teach others to eat foods sacrificed to idols. Paul does exactly that, saying an idol is nothing.
Of all the apparent contradictory claims Paul makes vs Christ, this seems to have no possible excuse. This is the main reason, among many that I reject the idea that Paul was reformed. I believe he saw killing the Saints was not working, and changed tactics to corrupt Christianity from within. Without addressing this, my view is unchanged, and I do think it should be addressed.
I have had trouble posting here and don’t know if previous mentions already posted, if so, I apologise.

      Dear John,
Paul is such a misunderstood person. There were many who quoted him saying the Law is done away. We see James saying this is false information in Acts 21. Also Peter says in his epistle that Paul’s words are twisted by many. In short 1Cor 10 is dealing with what Paul started to say in 1Cor 8. The context of this question is so important. Please read the following study:

Be a blessing to everyone around you!

Thanks for the study and for the work to put together a chart. I found it interesting and appreciate the visual aid. I think that Mathew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13 all give different perspective to the order of the Seals, Trumpets, and Vials/bowls. Jesus gave order of events before he would return and how it would be like before that took place. I think that something that gets less attention is Satan and his angels return for a season which was shortened to 5 months for the elects sake. He as the second beast is the abomination of desolation. The Mark of the beast in Revelations 13 is in the minds and right hand praise of those who don’t have the seal of God in their minds. We are the virgin brides of Christ Mathew 25 spiritually who await our groom. When we abide in God as the churches in Philadelphia and Smyrna do we aren’t caught without oil for our lamp. By seeking God’s word and living to gather oil for our lamps and serving Christ by serving and loving on the least of these, we build stores of oil and as Jesus says in Revelations 16 blessed are those who watch so that we keep our garments or else we would be caught naked to our shame. Revelations 19 says that the garment of the bride is made up of the acts of righteousness. Three major themes stand out to me. Fidelity and close relationship, knowledge of Satan and the spiritual battle. We are called to give testimony against Satan. Abiding in God is the key. Staying in his word, building his kingdom not ours, making habits of spiritual fruit and sharing the testimony of what Jesus has done in our lives is how we get through the time of Jacob’s trouble with God’s anointing. Jesus commanded that we Watch in Mathew 24.
